Our Rental packages include the oxygen concentrator, necessary tubing and cannulas, Getting started guide, and a carrying case or trolley for portable units. (Wheelchair bags back bags are not included but can be add for additional charge)

 Yes, there are some restrictions, especially for air travel. Portable oxygen concentrators must be FAA-approved for use on flights. All the Portable machines we rent are FAA approved 

Q9: How do I get started with renting an oxygen concentrator?

 To rent an oxygen concentrator, follow these steps:

  1. Call and talk to our trained holiday specialist or email us at admin@theoxygenstore.com 
  2. We will need to know your Litre Per Minutes (LPM, Flowrate) 
  3. Where you doing on holiday and How long the flight is (if Required) 
  4. If you need Pulse Dose (On-Demand) or Constant Flow 
  5. When you go away

Q10: What should I do if the oxygen concentrator stops working?

 If your oxygen concentrator stops working, contact us on 0345 100 0085 we will help rectify the problem and a solution will be found

Q11: Can I extend the rental period if needed?

Yes, If availability allows and subject to extra fees we can extend your rental period just contact us with at least 72 hours before rental period ends to extend for rental 

Q12: What is the process for returning the oxygen concentrator?

We will send a courier to your delivery address to pick up the machine and a day that has been specified on your rental agreement (normally the next working day after you return)
